The group’s last audited accounts

The group's most recent bank statement

The group's Equal Opportunities policy

The group's Safeguarding Policy

If appropriate, you will also be asked to attach the following:

Proof of security of tenure (where project involves building work)
Evidence of lease/management agreement
Plans or sketches of the project (where applicable)
Photographs of the proposed site.
At least 2 estimates for the proposed work/purchase (if applicable)
Details of any survey/audits where relevant
