About this Form

About this Form

This form is for activating the ASB Case Review process, when you feel that repeated reports of anti social behaviour or hate incidents have not received the appropriate action or resolution.
We will aim to respond to you within three working days.
You may activate the process if three reports of anti social behaviour or hate incidents have occurred in the last six months.
These incidents need to have been reported within seven days of the alleged behaviour.
The ASB Case Review exists to review previous actions and make necessary recommendations through an action plan if appropriate but does not replace the need to report incidents when they happen.
How we use the information on this form
We will only use your email address or telephone number to keep you informed about things relating to the ASB Case Review.
We will not send you emails about other Council Services without your permission or share your email addresses with any organisations unless required to do so by law or in order to pursue your enquiry.
Before submitting the ASB Case Review, please note:

  2. Please allow enough time for the police, council or another agency to have tried to remedy the situation before submitting this form
  3. You will not be able to submit this form unless you have made reports to the police, council or another agency on three separate occasions

If outside office hours (Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm), you can call the 24 hrs Support line also.
In submitting this form, you agree that information about your case will be shared by responsible bodies such as the Police, Council and Registered Social Landlords, in order to review the case and formulate an action plan.
