Please use this form to apply and pay for your Hackney Carriage / Private Hire Driving Assessment Test.
Once you have paid for the test, we will send you details of how to book the test.
On the day of the test, you will need to supply:
A driving licence check code which can be obtained from the GOV.UK website
www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence
Photo ID
Without photo ID and the check code for the driving licence, the test will
NOT
take place and any fee cannot be refunded.
