1. Licensing Qualifications

2. Person of prescribed description

The Secretary of State intends to prescribe persons admitted to the Hon Company of the Vintners of the City of London as persons who will not need to possess the licensing 5 of 5 qualification. Proof of admission to the Company will therefore be required by licensing authorities receiving such applications. In addition, holders of licences issued by the Board of the Green Cloth and by the University of Cambridge will be prescribed to enable such persons to apply for a personal licence.
