Reporting a Dog Attack

This eform is for reporting a dog attack on another dog. For dog attacks on a person, please contact the police.
Horsham District Council cannot deal with the numerous individual instances of dog attacks that take place each month. However, we will keep this information on file and if we receive three separate accounts of attacks (that result in injury) by the same dog in a six month period, we will send a warning letter to the dog owner. This may result in a Fixed Penalty Notice or Community Protection Notice. Both can result in a fine and measures being put in place.
